PUMPKIN BREAD 1/2 c. pumpkin 1 oz. bread

PUMPKIN BREAD

1/2 c. pumpkin
1 oz. bread
2/3 c. dry skim milk powder
2 eggs
3 packs artificial sweetener
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind

Mix all ingredients in bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Pour into Pam sprayed loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.

    The recipe sounds yummy. We love Pumpkin Bread.!

    The recipe however calls for 1 oz bread. is this actually bread flour?
